Director of HR & Culture
Alex is Director of HR and Culture, alongside working in the CEO Office. Prior to joining, Alex started his career working for the then Shadow Secretary of State for Transport in the UK Parliament, but has since spent the last 8 years working across the Tech industry, including time at Apple, Uber and multiple other start-ups. Notably, Alex worked with Uber founder, Travis Kalanick, to build an international HR team and world-class culture at CloudKitchens.
Head of Talent Acquisition
Samuel is the Global Head of Talent Acquisition based out of London. Prior to joining SigTech, Sam started his career in Executive Search and Management Consulting before moving into the Tech space. Notably working with Uber founder, Travis Kalanick, to hire his executive team globally. Recently, Sam has scaled an e-commerce roll up from 0-150ppl internationally based out of Madrid, recently selling and exiting the business.
HR, Culture and Operations Manager
Kelly is HR, Culture and Operations Manager. Prior to joining, Kelly spent the first 8 years of her career working in Advertising for eBay and Shazam in London and Paris before qualifying as a yoga teacher. Kelly has a degree in Management and Organisation, Human Resource Management.
HR Manager - North America
Patrick is the HR Manager in North America. Prior to joining SigTech, Patrick spent 7 years working for both Start-ups and enterprise level companies at OurBond formerly TG-17, Wiley Edge formerly MThree, and Serta Simmons Bedding in the New York area. He started his career in Talent Acquisition before transitioning to the generalist side after two years with a focus in organization development and operations. Patrick graduated from Franklin & Marshall College.
