SigTech Customer Terms of Service

These Customer Terms of Service (Terms) set out the agreement between you and SigTech and govern your use of the SigTech products and services made available to you by SigTech. The Terms comprise the following documents:

• MAGIC Terms of Use: If you or your business has purchased access to SigTech’s MAGIC platform then these terms of use apply.
• Additional Terms: These include any additional terms and conditions which may apply to your use of specific products, free trials, add-ons or features relating to SigTech MAGIC or any other products or services provided by SigTech which you have access to.

We recommend that you read these Terms carefully and print off a copy or save them to your device for future reference.

You accept and agree to these Terms by:

• signing an Order Form electronically or manually that refers to these Terms; or
• following the online prompts, either on our website via a third party platform such as Microsoft Azure, indicating your acceptance of these Terms; or
• using MAGIC or any of the other products or services provided by SigTech.

We update these Terms from time to time. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you via email or an in-app notification when we make a material update to them. These Terms apply to the exclusion of any other terms that you seek to impose or incorporate, or which are implied by trade, custom, practice or course of dealing.
